A poem regarding disappointments, broken friendships and burning bridges.

When you were down,

I was there to pick you up.

When you cried for help,

I hurriedly reached out.

While you were drowning,

I bravely dived in.

But when it was me who was sinking,

“Where have you been?”

You said, i should know,

I can count on you.

But to where you are now,

I have no clue.

Looks like you’re just there,

Whenever you need me;

Sucking what is only good,

and the patience left of me.

You told me you’re a friend,

But really, you are not.

Let’s stop pretending,

I know what you are after at.

If you are really a friend,

You won’t make me feel like this.

You know with you,

I am really pissed.

I don’t know why,

I end up with cries.

Maybe I am fed up,

With your so many lies.

To you my ex-dear,

I would like to say goodbye.

Wasn’t able to foresee this coming,

Oh no! Not on our first “hi!”.
