Are we who we say we are. Can we trust every " click". Are words printed out on a page enough to risk?

                                               On Line

I once was fool enough..I followed a promising link.

Fool indeed, I should have stopped to think.

Every word, every line, oh  it promised so much,

I could not wait for the PC to run, I definitely was hooked.

Back and forth the words did flow,

bags were packed waiting on go.

Then suddenly the screen went blank, not a line did appear.

What could this be? How could it be? The plan was spelled out so clear.

At first I thought, oh it’s just me. Something I must have said.

Could have been a misspelled word or something  not read.

No mail came to my inbox. No on line now to see.

So I guess this is the new way of making a fool of me.
