A poem which answers the question; what kind of food item are you?

If I was a food item I would be a Lasagne.
Smooth creamy sauce running through each layer.
O.K, so the edges may be a little dry,
And the cheese a little crispy,
But right in the middle,
If you should dip your finger,
Be careful
It is really very hot,
And you may get your fingers burnt!
