Just a fantasy of mine, i’ve been married, but not this way. I think this relates (in one way or another) to what a bride feels when they’r getting married.
Imagine me in all white, with a flowery veil,
seeing everyone around me, say i’m finally here,
no more waiting for my turn, met the one who finally needs me,
When I ask, “How can he love me?”
Simply saying that,”it’s easy.”
Just imagine that, caterers bending to my every will,
bringing flowers by the dozen, to a field already covered.
Everyone dressed in all white, minus me being unique,
looking absolutely out of sight in, the lightest shade of pink.
Picture that, my daddy in a tux, standing right beside me,
though he didn’t know me all my life,
glad now that he could guide me.
Think of all the smiling faces, semi-dripping with tears.
Never thought that I would make it to this point, through all these years.
Go figure finding true happiness meant,
only in your dreams.
Suppose that life is just a fantasy,
I’m begging on both knees, in fact,
for that to be reality because I have never seen,
a day where I could be so happy….
Only once upon a dream.
