Little girls sometimes live in fairytale worlds…one day we grow up.
When shadows cloud my vision of who I dreamed one day I would become, I close my eyes and remember where I started from. “one day” I dreamed I’d be whisked away as the fairy tale said, Isn’t it funny how little girls turn fantasies around in our head? A Sculley maid wished one day, some day;, someone else would clean; Reality chose the maidens scene. She dreamed of sparkling gems upon her neck and hand, Alas, the lass learned money slips away just as hour-glass sand. So, Cinderella still dreams of the castle and “Prince” who one day will change her view,It’s time I grow up and realize I must open my eyes, Sometimes the sky of life is NOT always blue! This I have learned,my castle and “Prince’ still await, One day I’ll see it all at Heaven’s gate!,
