This disorder can last a lifetime, or it can occur after a period in which the normal function or can occur only in certain circumstances or with certain sexual partners.

About 10% of women have never experienced an orgasm with a variety of stimuli or in different situations. Most women can experience orgasm with clitoral stimulation, but perhaps more than half of which are often unable to achieve orgasm during sexual intercourse unless her clitoris stimulated before, namely when performing vaginal penetration.

CAUSE
The cause of this disorder is similar to the causes of female sexual arousal disorder. A sexual relationship can be terminated by regular sex partners before the woman reaches orgasm.

TREATMENT
If a physical cause is found, then treated as appropriate. If the main cause is a psychological problem, counseling may be needed, both for patients and their sex partners. Knowledge of a woman’s sexual organs will function and its response is very important. Women should know how best to stimulate her clitoris.

Feelings vagina can be improved by strengthening the muscles around the vagina through Kegel exercises. Woman’s vagina muscles constrict tightly (like holding urination) for 10-15 minutes, at least 3 times / day. Usually after 2-3 months, the sensitivity and vaginal muscle tension will increase and will increase women’s sense of control.
