OUR Fairytale

This was written for my husband’s cousin’s wedding. I gave it to her and her new husband as a wedding present. May 1, 2010.

Once upon a time in this modern world I logged onto my PC and you onto yours.

Who’d have thought that on that day we’d cross each other’s path?

But that’s the day that changed my life and our fairytale began.

Ever since we met, it’s been magical every day.

What a wonderful journey it’s been having you by my side along the way.

I’ll never forget how you sang to me on our very first date.

Nor take for granted your presence in my life as lover, best friend, and soul mate.

God is joining us as one to complete our fairytale.

As husband and wife our hearts will unite and our love will never fail.

My handsome groom, my lovely bride I’m glad it is you on this day by my side.
