We are a multi-racial family….all mixed up but never confused!

Our very mixed up Christmas!

We are a mixed up family

but that doesn’t mean we are confused

we celebrate Christmas different and

our love is strong and oh so true

just like so long ago….we come together

this night and share Christ’s love

together not separate all shades and flavors

we share and care and show God’s true agape love

our kids have curly hair and golden skin and so cute

they wait just like yours with wide open eyes

to get their toys and and they hope God and their parents think they where good

they go to sleep on Christmas eve and visions of sugarplums float in their dreams

their grandparents from the other country can’t wait to tell their stories you know what I mean

their Christmases where a little different and celebrated a different way

so they show, tell and teach  their little grand’s that they have always loved God their own way

and that Christmas is for everyone for black, white, red and yellow and all shades of brown, they say

So our Christmas is all mixed up with grandparents and parents of all shades and colors

but we are not confused we are God’s best and we love Him and give Him all honor!

so celebrate this Christmas with us,  celebrate all that we are

how God has created us and brought us together from near and far!

God bless you this Christmas, celebrate it your way

but make sure you give God the glory and He will bless you and send you His grace!!

Have a merry Christmas from our house to yours….full of diversity, curiosity about each other and full of thankfulness how God has created all of us……..masterpieces each one of us…..reflecting Him , no matter what skincolor or Nation! Brothers and sisters coming together for one reason to give Him glory and honor and to bring goodwill to ALL mankind!

MERRY CHRISTMAS from your friend and sister Cornelia Brown www.mrscorneliabrown.com Blogtalk/radiohost All shades of brown
