I bought this machine to help with our fitness. It mimics the action of a fish swimming. My hubby has christened it the wibbly wobbly machine.
Those are my legs by the way. Not a pretty sight….

I was browsing my catalogue a few weeks ago

And there to my great surprise,

Was something which seemed too good to be true

And I couldn’t believe my eyes.

It was a machine which claimed to make you as fit

As walking four miles or more.

Just fifteen minutes with your feet on the cuffs

And your body relaxed on the floor.

*

Well I really needed more exercise

And this seemed the ideal way.

It would take little effort and sweating from me

If I used it just twice a day.

So without hesitation my order I placed

And this amazing machine was soon mine.

It even claimed to take your aches away

And I was hoping that all would be fine.

*

Well my hubby stood there with a look of disdain,

I could tell he was not impressed.

And as I unpacked it most carefully

I was feeling a little bit stressed.

But once I had placed my feet in position

The machine set off at great pace.

And the whole of my body wobbled so much

From my toes right up to my face

*

I couldn’t believe the effect that it had

And my hubby soon wanted a try.

He looked really funny vibrating there

And I laughed till I wanted to cry.

So now we both use it regularly

And we’re beginning feel very fit.

It’s called a chi health swing machine

And we can certainly recommend it.

I would normally be very dubious of anything like this and dismiss it almost immediately, but hearing your recommendation will make me investigate it further. Thanks Christine.

Artificial things are getting popular for their focus on a single problem or organ. People forget that they are missing a lot. So it the case with your machine.

  • J M Lennox on Sep 27, 2011

So that’s what it looks like. I’ve been trying to imagine. If it’s giving you (both) so much benefit – its wonderful Christine! And by the way, there is nothing wrong with your legs. I’m actually quite envious that they look lightly suntanned (or is that coming from your Italian heritage), compared to my lily whites after winter here. :-)

  • gaby7 on Oct 6, 2011

Quite Frankly Mrs. Ramsey, I need this machine! We talk about exercise but we never find enough time for it…if a machine can make me cover 4 miles by just sitting in my living room, then it is a wonder machine-I hope your hubby gave it a positive approval!

  • wonder on Oct 6, 2011
