It has happen before

Maybe from human error

Maybe from worn or failed parts

The cost in damage is unclear

It was in the news for not one year

The oil spill in Alaska

When a ship cargo spill

Its content came ashore

It effect killed marine life still

To support our depends on oil products

Mostly human error was to blame

The bottom-line it was a shame

The mad cow disease was use to catch attention

The animal seem drunk while they walked around

The possible cause I was not clear

I am not sure the fix was resolved

The biological attacks in our postal service

And oversea on the train way service

It was on the news and rise lots of fears

A terrorist threat most understood

A cowardly act I am sure
