There are questions that sometimes answers are very hard to find.

There are questions that sometimes answers are very hard to find. We are even not sure whether the answers to those questions are available; or is it just simply unanswerable? This poem expresses an emotion of a person who wants to prove his genuine love to someone who doesn’t want to give him a chance to prove it. The guy is asking how can he be able to express his love to the woman the way that she will believe him. Unfortunately, she is only particular with what she feels. She doesn’t want to believe him because she has so many doubts. She’s been fooled not only once but so many times. That’s the reason why she refuses to see any reason to trust anyone. But still the guy doesn’t lose hope. Even if he is really hurting. He believes that in due time the woman will see the sincerity of his love knowing that God is always there to shed some light to those who are in the dark.

Paano ko sasabihin na minamahal kita?

Sa paanong paraan na maniniwala ka?

Paano patutunayang wagas ang pagsinta?

Upang ikaw ay hindi na mag-alinlangan pa.

Hindi ko maaaring sukatin o kaya ay timbangin,

Sadyang ang damdamin mahirap arukin.

Ano pa ba kaya ang dapat gawin ko?

Upang mapanatag ang puso at isipan mo?

Hindi pa ba sapat na narito ako

Handang umalalay at lagi sa tabi mo.

Di ko matatanggap ang pagbintangan mo,

Na ikaw ay nilililo at pinagtataksilan ko

Mga bagay na ganyan ay hindi dumapo

Kahit saglit man lang ni sa hinagap ko.

Di mo ba matalos sa ‘king mga luha,

Ang kadalisayan ng aking pagsinta?

Di mo ba maapuhap sa aking mga mata,

Kapag nasasaktan ng iyong salita?

Huwag mo sanang isipin na nag-iisa ka,

Pagkat ako’y walang planong iwanan ka.

Ang iyong buhay ay mayroon pang halaga

Bakit ba lubhang nabubulagan ka?

Huwag mong isipin na wala ng dahilan

Upang mamalagi sa sandaigdigan.

Di ba maaaring maging ako na lang,

Ang gawin mong rason at iyong sandigan?

Sa bawat salitang binibitiwan mo,

Lubhang tumatarak sa abang puso ko.

Kahit anupaman yaring sabihin mo,

Ang aking pagsinta’y hindi magbabago.

Batid kong ang puso mo ay masasaling din

Sa tulong ng Amang lubhang maawain.

Genuine words spoken from a wounded heart. Yan minsan ang hiwaga ng pag-ibig.. hindi lahat naaarok. But what’s important is. Nagmahal ka. Narito lang ako at ang mga kaibigan mo to help you Diwata.

I see much pain in these words. Bugbog na rin ang puso ko diyan pero tumitibok pa rin. No one has really loved until he has been pained from it. I share in your pain sis, whatever the circumstance you are facing now.

@Likha: Truly, no one can be sure that he won’t get hurt if he fall in love. Even God has incurred so much pain because of HIS love for us. True love is loving even if you have to experience so much pain and sacrifices in the process that’s why you know you are in love. A heart who is willing to take that risk is braver than the heart who doesn’t want to fall because he is afraid of getting hurt.
