Has anyone in the Triond world seen Cupid around?

For a popular fellow he is very hard to locate lately.

Maybe one of you can help me find my elusive thief,

he needs to retrieve something that he left behind.

While its true he shot his magical arrow in my heart,

I think that he made a tragic mistake in doing so.

I fell in love and in the deepest way a woman can,

but I’m pretty sure that Cupids arrow was all wrong.

I fell in love with a tall, dark and handsome man,

a very talented writer that had a flair with words.

His way of talk had me swooning in an heartbeat,

the smile he had and his eyes made me secure.

His kiss was as intoxicating as a glass of wine,

it was like Pringles you need more then one kiss.

When he ran his big hands through my long hair,

he didn’t need to tell me to move closer to him.

His lovemaking skills was literally off the charts,

where he learned those skills he refuses to say.

But as he makes love to me I really don’t care,

for in his arms his past lovers simply don’t exist.

But his brand of magic wears off after a awhile,

you see who he is when his stories start to crack.

The fine cracks become crevices to big to repair,

before you know it you now have the grand canyon.

I saw through his stories and lies he has told me,

cried many a nights when he wasn’t where he said.

Cupid shot an arrow into my heart for this fellow,

but he shot more then an arrow into other woman.

So though I still love this man very much still,

I think its high time to have you come see me.

Remove the arrow you shot there months ago,

let me live my life and find my Mr. Right again.
