Panic attacks are real. Millions of people deal with this mental illness.

Severely trapped inside your own mind
Wanting to desperately escape this fear and demise
Trapped in your lonely world of fear
Not wanting people to be close or near
Trapped, trying to keep your emotions hidden inside
Not wanting to release your anxiety or pride

A sudden sense of panic inside your head
Confusion crouches over you like a bed spread
The hopelessness of not knowing when this will end
Sends you into a complete psychological tail spin

Just trapped , panic stricken
Fear has you hostage

Let me out you shout

Wanting to release all the pain and doubt

Fear has you trapped , panic stricken

Let me out you shout

What ever you are fearful of , it conrols you. You have to learn to control your fear. Living in fear is the strongest stronghold that many people face. When you face your fear head on and conquer it , your life will take on a whole different meaning.
Decide to face your fear today and live life to the fullest. My biggest fear was , the fear of failing. I have learned that failure is no different than winning. It is how I handle fear that matters.
