Peeping over a shoulder
Jumping at every sound
Seeing things that aren’t there
Hallucinations
Shadows cascading down walls
Fidget
Jerking
Nerves standing on end
Eyes twitching
Heart pounding,
Beating against my chest
Did you hear that?
Hearing voices
Someones whispering my name
Leave me alone!
Be gone hysterics setting in
Cold hand presses against my skin
Hot lips touch my forehead
Am I imaging all this?
The smell of a fragrance
Blows through the air
Curtains move, windows are closed
No one is here, alone
Chills creep down my spine
Am I going out of my mind?
