A reflective poetic examination of the ever-evolving human condition…

Process of observation of everything…..
Absorbing, like a sea sponge,
everything….
Existance as a whole is puzzling….

A question with no answer like a war without an end…
Casualties, heroes, and fools
emerge from within its depths…
Ponder my roots.
From exactly where do I stem;
In what do I rest?
What is real and what is pretense?
Real is nothing
and pretense is common…
But both are left without definition;
As is LOVE,
so directly related to those from which I came…

And if it was LOVE in which I was concieved…
Then, in innocence, born….?….
Why then love must be the embryo of innocence!

In time, to be shattered as well,
by change, or fate, or God.
But what are these?
Change is forever; is unending.
But what are fate and God?
Truly insecurities?
Like those smothering the human race and recessing it….
Are we again pretending?
- again reassuring ourselves that there is indeed
a predetermined plan for life and a reason to BE….
To exist without purpose is terrifying.

Fear is blocked by walls of pretense;
And so fate and God are born of fear…
But fear is not of hate;
Which is ignorance and stupidity…
- Fear is of simplicity.
It ensures our emotional capability
to love.

Ignorance and stupidity are hate
but in some unanswerable way
touch hands with love
in a cycle… as is everything.
Man is a creature of mind; of habitual function
and we seek for an opposite;
a closure…
If one cannot hate,
how can one love;
and the opposite???

For my conclusion is simply
that life consists of love, and only that;
And other emotions are intertwined,
somewhere within the cycle lying inside
each whom grew out of it,
and existance is truly LOVE…
ours to percieve from which angle we will.

    Fear by my definition is the fabricated art of the mind to liberate violence,… For that which we do not understand we fear and that which we fear we hate… and that which we hate we kill… The trend of human nature to undertake and eliminate… over the course of human history wars have been instigated by men intolerant to diversity… and the preservation of culture prevents the evolution of us as people…

    In the end… It is segregation that binds us…

    Sigh…

    a comment for something that struck me in your piece.
