A poem about dieing.

Permanent Good Night

Eyes glazing over

Short gasps of air

Struggling

                Fighting

                                Loosing

Body shakes

Salt water falls

Makes the wound sting

Bright colors die

Dull colors are born

One final gasp

A final flicker of light

Then darkness

The Permanent Good Night
