Pharaoh weeps for his people of today, and their possible choice against Israel!

PHARAOH CRIES

I placed my child into the hands,

Of the god I worshipped throughout the lands,

Of Upper Egypt and Lower too,

All first-born saw death and turned blue;

There was no stopping the God of Israel,

I’d tried to hinder to no avail,

Child gone, my nation destroyed,

I cried and cried for my little boy!

To see my country take on this stance,

Against Israel’s God they have no chance,

My land so long in poverty,

Come back to edge of prosperity;

Insane, and looking for wrong fight,

Will now feel this God’s might,

Embracing evil and fighting God,

I cry, I cry for my people in sod!
