My every fiber screams out to be heard.

One of me another of you
Scattered pictures on the floor.
I see smiles and tears hopes and fears.
The greatest challenge ever faced, life passed by,
as seconds spin to minutes and days
tears and years, gone with only a chosen few
captive ones left strewn through time.
I noticed it in a picture that hung on the wall.
Turning changing ever moving as life passes by.
My every fiber screams out to be heard
in the silence of words.
Lives, scattered in compact piles.
One of you another of me
here is five there is ten,
years of memories, where we’ve been.
Captured in an instant that can never be lived again.
Lost in time itself.
