Love poem.
As he ran his fingers through my hair,
slightly tilted his head and gave me an intense stare.
It was at that moment, I knew I was loved.
When he took his lips and gently kissed me on the cheek,
I began to tremble, for his kisses made me weak.
I remember saying to myself, I am one fortunate woman.
Then he swept me off my feet and gently laid me down,
It was at that point I surrendered, then he turned my world upside-down.
Then with a slow sigh of relief, I knew that we were one.
