Assignment from long time ago. You guys can be the judge of my assignment, lol.
Pioneer, pioneer what do you see?
I see a vast and great river
That stretches beyond me
River, river what do you taste?
I taste the wagon treading through me,
In such haste I have never seen!
Wagon, wagon what do you hear?
I hear the oxen’s hooves clattering on the ground,
So eager they are to know their journey’ end is near
Oxen, oxen what do you touch?
I touch the soft prairie grass tickling my legs,
I’ve had enough of this journey, thank you very much!
Prairie grass, prairie grass what do you feel?
I feel those crazy pioneers might just have a chance
And with luck they may be able to reel in all the fortunes of West!
West, West what do you smell?
I smell wealth and opportunity
For all those who seek me, I can tell
