A Poem I wrote.

Placid our steps, so quiet our breaths

We wander away from the fading crowd

We amble and stride, weightless in glide

Faces lit up beyond the moon’s shroud

Our hands intertwine, yours and mine

We shiver and shake but we’re far from cold

Our hearts in sync, they beat and blink

Love is thou which we’re forever controlled

I stop in place, breaking this pace

Grabbing your face I so gently kiss

Your lips so flush, our cheeks so blush

I can’t imagine more than this.
