This poem came to me when I read of Satan’s jealousy for mankind.
Satan’s thoughts.
satan
What does he see in them?
He asks…
Why does he love them?
When they prove to be
a task?
I shall make war with them,
For his eyes to see,
He shan’t hurt me,
for he really loves me.
I’ll bruise them,
and hurt them,
and make them,
curse his holy name,
I want him to see,
these mortals,
don’t love him.
I’ll torture them,
and grieve them
give them excruciating pain,
for they are but mortals,
and must die in their sin.
I’ll reek havoc…
because of that son
he so adores…
I am the morning star,
Now and forever more.
It seems he loves those mortals,
more than he does me,
but how can he?
When they stink of immorality?
Why does he adore,
and give them those rights?
Fire and brimstone,
he should rain upon them…
at night.
I hate those creatures
he loves so much,
I will seek their weakness,
and perverse,
their very thoughts.
Then he shall see,
me in my glory,
and every one ,
he loves ,
will bow down to me.
