I truely believe the one who cares the least holds all the power.

The ball is in your court

You are calling all of the shots

Just how uneasy it is making me

you don’t care or have conveniently forgot

I have to tiptoe around you

getting anxious all the while

waiting for your lead, your cue

your nod, hand, or even smile

well if its one sided, yes they can have the upper hand, where if they truely loved you, then they would be afraid of losing you.good comments in a good poem.
