To impress the girls back in college.

Pleasant words
Are as honeycombs,
Sweet to the soul
And Health to the bones

The lip of truth
Shall be established forever
But a lying tongue
Is not a soft answer

Pleasant words,
I shall say them
For you to hear.

Loving songs
Shall  I sing to you
Sweet are the words
That don’t make you blue

I shall not lie
About the way I feel for you
And I am singing
What I feel is so true

Pleasant words,
I shall say them
For you to hear.

And listen
I hope that you do
For my pleasant words.
