There are those to whom we are attracted, people that are interesting and yet so simple.
Give me a flower with no fragrance sweet,
Wild, yet exuding a measure of grace,
For this would my eyes be happy to greet,
No matter how cold, uninviting the place.
Find me a person, no matter how plain,
Unassuming, and not a tireless bore
One that I’d love to meet once again,
And cherish his friendship all the more.
