A love poem about destiny and how love could have saved a life.

I knew who he was when he walked into my life,

He opened my eyes and I was surprised,

Swirling and twirling I felt butterflies,

His eyes twinkled like the shooting stars in the nighttime skies,

And his energies warmed my heart like the morning sunrise,

Oh how I wanted to stand by his side,

For I knew it was him who could save my life,

But now tears fall from my eyes for I had to say my good byes,

I feel like I have dying butterflies inside,

For I see now where my destiny lies without him by my side.
