Every Creation For A Reason
A Pair In The Night.
You are perfect, and your perfection knows no limit. You say no, because you’re to modest to admit it:
- That if you were a star, in all of outer space. You’d vastly out shine, at any time, or place.
- That if you were a jewel, buried deep underground. You’d be the least dull, compared to anyone around.
- That if you were a flower, you’d look & smell your way. That’s what makes you beautiful every single day.
Your innocence is glorious, it’s surely not in jest. And if you were near us, we’d all be greatly blessed .. Because:
- Your eyes transcend words, nothing can be said. Anything that is, could only be a thread.
- Language just can’t justify, the look in your eyes. That precious artlessness, that fairness that never shies.
- I’m sorry for these guttural sounds, and silly little lines. If I could, I surely would, write from deep down inside.
These are my last few words, and they’ll just have to do. After all this, nothing says it quite like, “I love you.”
You say you love me, and I love you to.
We love being together, this I know is true.
But why might I ask, does everything have to be us.
If you have friends, I shouldn’t make a fuss.
Envy is just an excuse, a way to blame another.
You can’t see a man, unless it’s your brother.
To do so would be terrible, my ego can’t take a blow.
I’m so weak, and I can’t take on a foe.
If there is a God, which I don’t know to be true.
Then he surely made perfection, and it was you.
You’re very loving, and you care far to much.
You worry a lot, and try a whole bunch.
So if every creation has to have one mistake.
Be glad your blemish is you give, instead of take.
For within your flaw, you bring great joy.
You bring your friends happiness, with you as their toy.
But God’s not so mean, as to leave you with not.
For he sent me, if you’ve not forgot.
I love you Michelle, as I’m meant to.
Not because of him, but because of you.
You’re a grand friend. A sister both young, and old.
You’ve helped me, and I hope I’ve re-payed the favour tenfold.
The day is alright, but I’d rather the night, this I know to be true.
If I can just walk, and hear the night talk, I’d be content with nothing askew.
She’s very pretty, and quite witty, it’s the night I speak of right now.
With no one around, I’d never be found, except maybe by you.
And we’d share the night, and be quite alright, with just each others heat.
For the night grows chill, as she always will, but together we’d never be beat.
You and me, we’d never flee, we’re unstoppable as we are.
But it’ll be done, and daytime will come, but the night would never be far.
I love adventure, but prefer it as a pair.
Will you not join me? Together we’d never despair!
