When I went to college at Brown College I was very interested in animation,
2-d animation to be exact. I was very disapointed when the industry moved into 3-d animation and left 2-d animation in the ditch. I love drawing and find relying on the computer to hand draw a weakness as an artist. I wrote this composition to define how I use my animation to writing. Obviously writing isn’t animation, but you have to be repetitive to using different words to make your ideas very fluid. This song / poem illustrates that.
Poetry In Animation
can anyone tell me
what I’m suppose to see?
will someone pull
the wool from my eyes?
I’m tired people lying to me
I want this wool to be burned
as well as these lies
come into my world where
everything is written in word
these words move in animation
to every thought of imagination
these words in animation
are a part of my world
poetry in animation
words that are in animation
poetry in animation
words that fill every imagination
you can read these words in a book
they cover every corner of infinity
and every look
you can say these words out loud
and give them meaning
you can shout these words
at demons that are hiding
and make the world
a better place for healing
come into my world
where everything is typed in stone
these words move in animation
to every thought of imagination
these words in animation
are a part of my world
you can read these words in a book
they cover every corner of infinity
and every look
you can say these words out loud
and give them meaning
you can shout these words
at demons that are hiding
and make the world
a better place for healing
