with words, that hum
sound, the origin of words,
words, the origin of language.
Words with power, feeling, and meaning.
Words with imagination clashing with reality
Words finding all possibility
every sound breathing
every word meaning
something different to everyone else
while keeping your individual

Poetry is one man standing alone
talking to himself
this is the beginning of free verse
or two people battling each other
thinking which rhyme is worse
or who started what first
or can flow and go the longest
without a curse word.
