Haven’t we drifted down this eternal bliss?
Wondering what kind of shhhhhh is this?
We all know there is an end to this
There are those that can’t take it
I on the other hand choose not to miss
The day to day struggles that might encourage this
The point of no return
Now let’s not be remiss
Some of this we can’t dismiss
We all have some form of addiction
I will say this
I don’t let my addictions get in my way
I struggle with the pain and suffering everyday
What should I do about this anyway?
Succumb to temptation
Blow my brains away
I can’t trust my friends
They always want to do me in
At this point in my life
I’m better off living in sin
The point of no return
That sounds a little absurd
I’m trying not to be strung out and to the curb
Can I get a helping hand?
Somebody has to understand
Am I lost like that man on the corner?
He’s at his whit’s end
So much has changed
Nothings is the same
We all better wake up
That point of no return is catching up
