When someone is their own worst enemy.

Wondrous
          Wicked

Raised bar?    Now stressed and bowing
Knowing lends to disastrous gloating

Falsely depicted

Love’s water copiously still flowing

Wondering if the new dude is half as doating

Is he sensitive
                                                               attractive
intellectual,

caring capable of showing

you

what he feels, thinks wants, wishes
is he capable of loving you like I did

Still do

Longing for what we planned to be; What was

Here is the one who did, for your sake
Sincerely hoping

He does…

“Knowing lends to disastrous gloating”—–> this thought is so true sometimes.
