It is contagious because people around us like persons with cheerful personalities which is the mirror of positive thinking; they don’t like gloomy faces. We have to start a task with positive thinking with anticipation of favorable results even if present circumstances are not favorable. Studies show that a positive attitude with an optimistic outlook results in good health and happiness. It is clear that positive attitude, positive thinking and optimism are basic requirements for positive outcome in any field of our life. If you’re down in the dumps for disproportionately long periods of time and you find yourself blaming the rest of the world for your misery, then perhaps a change of attitude is in order. How to develop positive thinking.

Positive thinking is not a one day miracle but a practice we have to do daily and apply regularly. By making it a daily habit we can create a positive thinking mindset that allows us to avoid negative thoughts and helps us to resolve hard situations quickly and easily. With a positive thinking pattern one can live naturally happy; enjoy a better and more rewarding life. We can start it by using only positive words while thinking and talking. Positive thinking can be one of the most powerful weapons one can have. If we can simply think in a positive way, we can most certainly affect the outcome of our actions. So it is important to identify negative thoughts as soon as they appear in our mind and try to come out before they start taking roots.  Developing a positive state of mind may take time but I found it to be both enjoyable as well as meaningful. Some of the tools we are using regular affirmations, creative visualization, positive self-talk, expressing gratitude, a vision board and prayers.  Each of these techniques needs to be learned and used properly to be effective. They affected by our gestures whether happy or sad. If we think about happiness, good health and success, we will cause people to like us and desire to help us because they enjoy the vibrations that a positive mind emits
