I am postman pat

With me is my black and white cat

He always comes along with me

People come to see.

I am up at four

People have never seen a postman with a cat before

He even stops to say hello to daisy the cow

He’s quite a celebrity now.

My cat gets more mail than I post to you

Everybody thinks he’s ever so sweet

He sits on the front passenger seat

So he can look out at the view.

As I start up my motor it goes broom broom

Back off to the delivery room

Down the little hills and up again

After a lovely day it starts to rain.

Look out for us coming your way

We may see you one day

Out with my black and white cat

Bye, bye, see you soon for a chat.
