Pretty December Badge

A little ditty– Actually, these are pretty horrible poems but I wrote what I was feeling…

Pretty little badge,

What a sight you are;

Many words were typed

For many feelings expressed

I’m proud to sport the pretty little hat

Two months in

Two months have passed

I’ve fallen in love

With the Triond path

I have always loved to write

Like everyone needs to breathe

And some need a smoke

I need to write down the words I think

Or I feel that I may just lose my way

Thank you to Triond

To the writers I’ve read

And most of all to the readers who’ve

Taken the time

To read my simple little words.

Personally, I’d have preferred it in rhyme – silly ditties always sound even sillier in verse! But well done for getting that badge.
