As I ponder the world
And it’s tangely web,
It’s lies and deceipt
Have so many misled.

Abuse is accepted,
Not spoken much of.
It’s commonly placed now,
Mistaken for love.

No young girl or woman
Ever should fear
Control gotten out of
To bruises and tears.

Befriend the forgotten.
She’s broken and torn.
Support and encourage.
Be tender and warm.

There is NO reason why
An intolerant man
Should EVER bring harm
Just because………….He can.

Be kind by example
And let your son see,
That when he is grown,
He does NOT have to be

Aman with a vengeful,
Cold and and cruel heart.
Prevent future suffering,
Before it can start.

If we teach when they’re young,
They’ll respect when they’re old.
Values aren’t cheap,
But they’re worth more than GOLD!!!
