A poem expressing my feelings about someone who is no longer a friend, someone I truly did care about…

Weeping still from unforgettable days,

Knowing still she can’t be replaced.

I kept the promises when she chose not,

Of those promises I have not forgot.

I have tried to reason with fate,

But now I think that I was too late.

Always feeling like a ghost,

I remember someone that I miss the most.

Struggling to keep up with my past,

The promises I make will forever last.
