Probable autobiographical verbal-snippets, tell-tale, told by impatient fingers at the keyboard.

What if it’s taken; it is:                                                                                                                                     with me, it cannot be so?
I’ve had the best of everything.
That was that nostalgia movie;
the ghost’s Mrs. Muir,
starring as a young thing,
come to work the book business.
The Best Of. . . –Have you
noticed “business” as
just an extension of being busy?
I took ages before my brain would spell it.
What’s being busy got to do with how they earn money?
They must have it wrong!
Primary school.
Jacqueline Mylar.
My first girlfriend.
Just wrote “My First Love.”
(–You’re lucky I’m no step-mother.)
Why aim so high?
Oh I’m to count my blessings!
Another nostalgic movie.
Deborah Kerr Hayley Mills.
My favorite.
When she came to town
mum asked her autograph –for my brother!
Who cares? She’s older; nicer: an
adult in that TV-Family thing on a farm in Africa.
–”I once had a farm in Africa.”–
Hemingway admired that Danish writer.
I pretend we contend for her: she young.
Cain and Abel:  Jacob and –who?
No he, became a doctor.
We did, quarrel over a girl, once.
I saw her first, he said.
No, I’m not allowed to have had problems?
I’m probably not even
what every family has one, of,
or I’ll need to have my head examined.
I refuse to have, any problems,
so have nothing for them to solve.
Maybe because I started reading psy. at fourteen
(watch! what you read at fourteen: that’s
what you’re in danger of becoming a whiz at),
I enjoyed making improper fractions,
which soon went well with Algebra.
have you seen the Algerian, lettering?
