A young man wearing a law mandated ankle bracelet, which is noticeable to the public surrounding him, and makes them consider what his offense was.
People glare and whisper amongst themselves about him,
Of a reality possibly exaggerated
They converse about his public leach,
As they speak out from the orifices of etiquette
Much has been spoken, little has been said,
Their lip service too isolated for any sense of meaning
Maybe it was the crowded rehabilitation system,
Or the conditions surrounding the boy’s behavior was sympathetic,
But the fact is he travels freely with conditions,
Reputation auctioned off
