Pulling pranks are always fun, especially when it is your children.

I love my children very much. I love being silly with them and having a laugh fest. I will admit I do suffer from that horrible “Someone just fell and I am laughing so hard I can not go help them” disease. Any one else suffer from that? It is hereditary in my family. One of the things I love to do is pull a prank on my kids. My 14 year old and 8 year old have their little quirks and when I can “freak” them out, I do.
One that comes to mind, I did to my daughter. I had hurt my baby toe nail in some freak “smashing on the stupid highchair leg” accident. It had bled and I knew it was going to fall off. They always do when I hurt them. I was in the shower a day or two later, and it fell off. When I looked at it , it had a little dried blood at the tip, underneath. It was so small, it almost looked like a tooth.
Light bulb over the head! I hit the side of the tub with my hand and yell for my daughter to come quick! She comes flying in to see me standing there holding my mouth. I explain that I fell and hit my mouth on the tub and knocked a tooth out. I put it in her hand. I am trying soooooooo hard not to laugh. With horror she looks at it….and then I say: “Nah, just kidding, my baby toenail just fell off!” Evil or Genius???

My son hates to see chewed gum. I don’t understand this. He is the brunt of many of my pranks because he has such odd “disgusts”. One night, my kids and I are playing Wii, Super Mario Kart game. Wii also plays Nintendo GameCube games so you have to use the NGC controllers.
My daughter and I just happen to be chewing gum and trying to gross-out my son by sticking it out at him. He has to go the bathroom and I stick my gum on the white control button on his controller. I am hysterical! My daughter is hysterical. When she gets like this..she can’t move. I hear my son coming and I try to calm down. He takes his place and grabs his controller. I am telling my daughter to press the start button so we can continue. She is still in hysterics. I am telling her to HURRY! And the more I say that the worse she gets. I don’t want him to see the gum, before his thumb finds it. She can’t do it…she ends up running to the bathroom herself! So, I tell my son to “Let the dog out” to buy some time. She comes back, and he comes back and the suspense is killing me!
Finally, she presses play…and my son touches the button. He feels “something” and licks his thumb! I almost passed out I was laughing so hard! He finally looks down and sees the gum and realizes what he has done. Evil or Genius?

Share a prank you have done on your kids, or I will feel like a totally horrible mother! LOL
