Put yourself in their shoes, this isn’t a life you will choose.
Put their worries in your mind
Try to figure out they are of what kind
You may notice how much they suffer
They; the victims of poverty and hunger
For a moment put your weapons aside
Try to give out the bread you hide
Feed those who need the power
To clean the houses filled of gun-powder
For a while put away your pride
And search for the humanity inside
Will you accept that kind of life?
Where a widow doesn’t know the meaning of a wife
For a second put away the lies you lied
Lies about the peace you spread wide
Peace is not a kid with a gun
Peace is not life in the run
Put yourself in their shoes
This isn’t a life you will choose
