Random poem for a random moment.
i felt the fire engulfing
as the heat kissed my face with its flames
hot breaths gasping, grasping for air
as my temperature climbed into ecstasy
shudders racking my fragile frame
involuntarily paralyzed
as frigid fate finds me flailing
swirling smoke rising off of my flesh
icy tendrils of eventuality
wrap hard and fast round my limbs
once again disallowed by reality
waking
still quaking
day begins.
