Gorgeous dove. Your words make me wring my hands about our lack of care of our world.

Humans have become so estranged from nature that it is seen mostly as an enemy to be defeated. There is even a name for what children suffer now. It is called \”nature defiecit disorder\”. I saw a little boy at the Zoo who looked very fearful as he viewed some monkeys. When one of the monkeys made some slightly erratic movement the little boy picked up some pebbles and began throwing them at the monkey. His mother was embarrassed and pulled him away.

People shoud be aware. But i guess it’s not in our nature. we have’t evolved that way.

You have expressed your feelings about the neglect of nature beautifully in this piece. Lovely work.
