see what just comes out.

will it be a loving poem

or a clever one with clout,

will it end all meaningful;

with words you need to hear,

or should i make a silly one,

with rude remarks and beer?

I could have fun describing you

at the risk of sounding mean.

Or fill the page with little ones,

and choose a simple theme.

i could do a really special one

deep down from my heart,

or one with the same ending words

that i used at the very start.

i usually add a line or two

expressing how i feel,

although my mood

sets the scene,

excludes candlelights with meal

for now I’ll pick a random one

off the top of my head.

i see a light a passing star,

in fact have this  instead!
