Just a poem…

Hush now, no need to fear,

All she wants to do is hold him
And feel the warm blood seep through her skin…
She walks the unchanging roadway of a shadow,
Leaving behind her footsteps no one could ever follow
Yet maybe him…

The thick obscuring light of love,
Sparsely scattered,
Lightly leaving the thin white lines in a mural weaving…
Dazzling dreams come drifting down,
Fused together, silent and forlorn…
Descending in long graceful glides,
Tree branches scratch at the supple skin of an angel…

Pelting rain,
Wind driven games
She swoops in on the caresses of the night…
Muffling the sound of the beauty within,
She wraps herself in a cloaking garb of white…
An ice-cold princess,
Lavishing prisms, fine and fast,
A glistening splendor that was never meant to last…

Crusted tears stain her face
The roaring of his soul piercing her ears as he flees,
Her vacant eyes staring off into the horizon,
A skeleton of a man moldering on the shore…
His love is a dagger slicing at his breast
Whirling around and around in his head,
A silent scream, whilst the madness descends…
The wonderfully wicked wind, toys with his disheveled hair,
As a mist appears, and a raven angel gathers him in…
