A poem with a physics twist.

Today I stepped on your forehead
Reaching to see the sign
The sign said I’d fall but I held on
But there is no defying written statements
Especially those held by green lizards
now I’m on a roof and the stars dangle
and the horizon dances
There’s no telling where the world is going
I see a bridge and I know time’s up
So I curl it around space and snatch a few stars
hold on to their strings but I forget
Symmetry is easy to break.
I look for a way back to you
But all I could do with my last unit of entropy
Was to wait for the event horizon
And give a wink and a kiss goodbye
In your direction, forever frozen in time.
See you on the other side (;
