Psalm chapter one says that a persons delight is in the law of the Lord and in his law does he meditate day and night and he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water that brings forth its fruit in it season. But a person who refuses to remain planted where God plants them will never see fruit or productivity. If God has planted us in a relationship, career, church, etc, we must not give up and leave when he wants us to stay. When trouble comes in these areas, we must like a seed remain planted until he gives the breakthrough.

Remain where you have been planted and in time you will see…

Just how wonderful life can truly be

As an appointed seed that has been planted in fertile ground…

soon to become a blessing to those close around

Becoming all that God wants you to be…

Remaining in place while creating harmony

Cannot see the light of a brand new start…

Doing everything that can be done working aimlessly in the dark

even though seasons pass and nothing seems to have changed…

Focusing in on what could be if positioning could be re-arranged

Going through seasons of drought…

Having to do without

Enduring the season with pain…

Justifying reasons not to remain

Knowing that uprooting will only hinder the saviors plan…

Leaving what has been started taking matters into your own hand

More and more as the days go by…

Needing refreshment because of life being so dry

Tired and wondering when will trouble cease…

When suddenly what is this?

My life is changed because of increase

Trusting God by not being a disgrace…

All of this has occurred by remaining in place
