A poem about 9-11 tragedy.

It was September 11, 2001,

A terrorist plane hit the pentagon.

Another plane crashed in a field,

No one aboard that plane lived.

The World Trade Center Towers were also

 hit by planes,

As they came tumbling down, they left many

 remains.

Some lost a mother, some a father,

Some a son, some a daughter.

Some a husband, some a wife,

So many people lost their life.

Some a sister, some a brother,

Some even lost that significant other.

So many lives lost, oh what a waste,

Innocent lives lost that can never be

 replaced.

We can never forget the ones who died,

Those who made sure someone else stayed

 alive.

Their efforts should be applauded by all,

Those brave people who answered the call.

The ones who made their way to Ground

 Zero.

I consider them a true hero!
