Remembrance Day is a special day

and with some lives they had to pay.

For every day spent in sorrow

they have given us hope for a better tomorrow.

The eleventh month, the eleventh day, the eleventh hour will signify,

the lives we’ve lost we dignify.

The soldiers fought to keep us free,

and on this day we come to see,

a wreath is placed upon a stone

for all of those we have known.
