Criticize all you want.

Tell Obama you’re very upset.

But your party lost the last election,

And the public has few regrets.

As long as you listen to pundits

That are as right wing as Ghengis Khan,

Your future is pretty dim.

Your voice will soon be gone.

If you want to go the way of the dinosaurs,

Keep repeating the same tired phrases.

But understand that a plunging economy,

Has left you with very few praises.

Freezing spending won’t work.

Tax cuts benefiting the rich

Will only get you nasty glances

And calls that you’re a son of a #@!.

There are some enlightened Republicans

That want to voice a constructive change.

But if you shut them out of discussions,

Then your sad  future is sure to remain.
