Aging begins at birth and does not stop, not even at death.

Aging

the moment one leaves the womb

from this day forward

headed toward the tomb

many desire to slow it down

tummy tucks,

face lifts

flattering gown

the inside deteriorates

from day one

exercise, diet, has begun

yet aging is its own device

slowing down

oft increases thrice

How I feel that poem. You have expressed how aging affects us so well.
